Problem Note 33478: The scenariocodegen module might generate a misleading error message in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

The following error message might appear during scenariocodegen, when the FSK_HEADER and FSK_HEADER_ELEMENT tables have unmatched surrogate keys:
ERROR: AML: Parameters missing from ruleconf.xml. Ensure name/value pairs for SCENARIO_MESSAGES, ALERT_STAGING_LIBNAME, PREP_DATASETS, CODEGEN_LOCATION
The rule_conf.xml file is incorrectly identified as the error when, in fact, the surrogate keys for FSK_SCENARIO, FSK_SCENARIO_PARAMETER, FSK_HEADER and/or FSK_HEADER_ELEMENT do not align properly.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
